Urgent Care NP/PA - Family Medicine/Emergency Medicine

Job Summary

An urgent care organization in lower Fairfield County, CT is seeking a PA or FNP for a full-time position. The role includes rotating weekends and offers a competitive base salary, 2-tiered bonus structure, PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and malpractice coverage.

Job Function

This is a full-time position that includes rotating weekends. The provider will treat patients of all ages (0-100) with non-life-threatening medical needs. Suturing, splinting, and reading x-rays are required skills.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients of all ages (0-100) with non-life-threatening medical needs
• Suturing, splinting, and reading x-rays required
• Work 8am-8pm Monday through Friday and 9am-5pm on Saturdays and Sundays and holidays
• Typically work 2on3off/3on2off rotating schedule, resulting in approximately 14-15 shifts per month
• Staffed with 2-3 providers and ancillary support staff

Requirements

• Previous UC or EM provider experience required
• Board Certification as PA or FNP
• 1+ year of provider UC experience
• Active CT License
