Urgent Care NP/PA - Family Medicine/Emergency Medicine

Job Summary

An urgent care organization in lower Fairfield County, CT is seeking a PA or FNP to join their team. Job Function

This role includes treating patients of all ages (0-100) with non-life-threatening medical needs. Suturing, splinting, and reading x-rays are required skills. The schedule is typically 2on3off/3on2off, rotating weekends, with 14-15 shifts per month. The site is usually staffed with 2-3 providers and ancillary support staff. The work hours are from 8am-8pm Monday through Friday and 9am-5pm on Saturdays and Sundays and holidays.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting
• Board certification as a PA or FNP
• Active Connecticut license
• One year or more of provider experience in urgent care
