Urban Outfitters Merchandise Operations Coordinator

Role Responsibilities

• Sku Maintenance
• Pricing execution – Markdowns and Promotional execution
• Backorder and Pre-Order management
• DC communication and follow up
• Manage and execute RTV’s, Retickets, Price Changes, etc. in coordination w/ Planning and Allocation teams
• Manage DTC flags and shipping restrictions
• GTIN management
• Special projects and inventory management
• Coordinating time sensitive deliveries for events and seasonal setups
• Facilitate and assist in corrections and adjustments to invoices with Accounts Payable team
• Work in conjunction with Vendor Relations to manage compliance and monitor/issue chargebacks
• Work in synergy with Buying, Planning and Allocation teams toward common goals for the merchandise area

Role Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and to retain information
• Must be analytical and be able to comprehend how multiple systems interact
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – emphasis on Excel & Outlook
• Excellent Time Management skills
• High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Productivity and prioritization skills a must
• Detail Oriented
• Strong analytical skills
• Prior experience in retail inventory software is a plus
• Customer Service or prior retail experience is a plus
