About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The Bartender is responsible for delivering memorable hospitality through genuine, personable connections and engaging service from the initial greeting to guest departure. This role involves understanding guest needs, preparing beverages efficiently, and maintaining a lively, welcoming attitude. Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area
• Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily
• Guide guests on their beverage journey through descriptive selling of the menu
• Be accurate in order taking, confirming all special requests
• Master the bar details to enhance guest conversations
• Work collaboratively with restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Assist guests with concerns to ensure a positive resolution
• Finalize the guest experience through timely and accurate bill presentation
• Requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits, and other bar supplies
• Maintain stock, cut, and store fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard recipes and portion control
• Input orders into the register at the point of sale and create guest checks
• Lock up and store all beverages, food, and equipment; deposit cash drops and secure the bank

Requirements

• Engaging and welcoming personality
• Current bartender certification or appropriate license
• Knowledge of the latest mixology trends
• Descriptive selling skills
• 2-4 years of bartending experience
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent communication skills

Pay

$7.10 per hour (base rate). Actual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
