About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bartender to deliver exceptional hospitality by creating memorable guest experiences through engaging service and genuine connections.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently
• Guide guests through the menu with descriptive selling
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations
• Manage stock, garnishes, and perishables to maintain quality
• Process orders and payments securely
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly

Requirements

• 2-4 years of bartending experience
• Certification or proper license
• Knowledge of mixology, wine, beer, and spirits
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• An engaging personality with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
