SERVICE BARTENDER - SEASONAL

About the role

We’re changing entertainment. At PENN Entertainment you’ll work in a fast‑paced, exciting industry alongside a diverse team driven by enthusiasm for helping people have more fun. The position reports to the Concessions Manager or Restaurant Manager.

Primary Purpose

Responsible for the efficient set‑up, maintenance, operation, and close‑down of an assigned bar.

Responsibilities

• Takes, prepares, and distributes beverage orders to wait staff.
• Tracks all inventory activity and balances usage value to receipts.
• Sets up and closes down the assigned work station.
• Orders additional inventory from the commissary.
• Cleans and maintains the work area in an appropriate manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent (work experience preferred).
• TABC certification required.
• At least 1 year of prior experience in a food and beverage position preferred.

Pay

Starting salary: $12.00 per hour.
