Responsibilities

• Instruct 4-year-olds based on the needs of each child and the requirements of the program
• Follow all licensing guidelines, company standards, and grant program requirements to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families
• Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care, preschool, and development topics
• Implement curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children

Requirements

• Associate’s in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field, or an active CDA in Preschool
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children

Pay

$17.00–$19.00 hourly, based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options available.
