HB Staffing is seeking a Junior Escrow Officer to join a growing and dynamic team.
Pay
$65,000 to $72,000 annually
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Full-time; Contract
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of escrow experience
- Probate transaction experience preferred
- Experience working in a high-production escrow environment
- Familiarity with Southern California real estate transactions
- Ability to quickly integrate into an existing workflow with little supervision
- Experience handling residential escrow transactions from open to close
- Experience balancing loan documents and escrow files
- Knowledge of Southern California real estate transactions preferred
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Strong understanding of escrow procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with Streamline and GreenFolders
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter mentality with proactive problem-solving skills
