About the role
We are a local, family-owned business and one of the top-rated cleaning companies in the Portland metropolitan area. We believe in using all-natural products for our cleaning—no chemicals, no bleaches, just eco-friendly, non-irritating cleaning supplies and good ol’ fashioned elbow grease.
Clean Affinity offers an independent and caring work environment! You’ll be working solo most of the time, allowing you to put your earbuds in and focus on your work. We service the greater Portland metropolitan area with hours of operation Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, so you’ll have your weekends completely free.
We’ll supply everything you need to be successful, including training and cleaning supplies. You will receive 7 days of one-on-one training with one of our experienced mentors to teach you our proven method for cleaning. After training, your mentor is there to help you continue to develop your quality and efficiency.
Cleaning experience is not required! We hire for character, train for skill, and create space for everyone to grow with our team.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle that can carry cleaning supplies (not your roommate's car, not a moped, etc.)
