About the role

We are a local, family-owned business and one of the top-rated cleaning companies in the Portland metropolitan area. We use all-natural, eco-friendly cleaning supplies—no chemicals or bleaches—and provide an independent, caring work environment where you can work solo most of the time with your earbuds in. We service the greater Portland area, operate Monday–Friday 8 am–6 pm (weekends off), and supply all necessary training and cleaning supplies, including seven days of one‑on‑one mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential homes using all-natural, eco-friendly products
• Follow the company's proven cleaning method
• Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
• Work independently while managing time and supplies

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle capable of transporting cleaning supplies
• High character and commitment to quality work
