About the role

Clean Affinity is a local, family‑owned cleaning company serving the greater Portland metropolitan area. We use all‑natural, eco‑friendly cleaning supplies and provide a solo work environment where you can focus with earbuds. New hires receive seven days of one‑on‑one training with an experienced mentor and ongoing support after training.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning using non‑chemical, eco‑friendly products.
• Work independently, managing your own schedule and workflow.
• Transport cleaning supplies and equipment to client locations.
• Maintain high‑quality standards and efficiency as taught during training.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Reliable vehicle capable of carrying cleaning supplies (personal car, not a roommate’s car or a moped).
• High character and willingness to learn; cleaning experience is not required.
