HH Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Pay

$24 to $25/hour

Schedule

Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout apartments, common areas, and property grounds.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and other building systems.
• Complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and apartment make-ready repairs in a timely manner.
• Inspect the property regularly and address maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and equipment issues.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and emergency service calls with professionalism and good customer service.
• Perform general repairs, including painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, and fixture replacement.
• Maintain accurate work orders and records of completed repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with maintaining maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment and keep work areas clean and organized.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in residential, apartment, hospitality, or commercial settings.
• HVAC certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be willing to participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond to maintenance requests efficiently.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work indoors and outdoors as needed.
