About the role
HB Staffing is seeking a Front Desk Housing Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team.
Pay
$17 to $17.25 per hour
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist the public, current tenants, landlords, and vendors as they enter the building.
- Perform routine clerical and administrative duties such as sorting and delivering incoming mail to the appropriate mailboxes.
- Answer incoming phone calls and update the daily call log.
Requirements
- 2 years of responsible work experience providing administrative support to housing assistance, social services, community services, or related programs which included some participant screening responsibilities.
- Prior experience working with disadvantaged populations or social services is strongly preferred.
- Comfortability and experience with face-to-face customer interactions.
- Experience answering a multiple line phone system.
- Basic computer skills/experience.
