Responsibilities
- Engage with guests to understand their vacation needs and preferences
- Present and sell timeshare units and related products
- Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service
- Participate in training programs to stay current with industry trends and company offerings
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for travel and vacation ownership
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Qualifications
- No prior experience in the timeshare industry required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to attend licensing classes if needed
