UNIX Technology Administrator

Responsibilities

• Create and manage system IDs, reset passwords, and configure user groups.
• Maintain system alerts, respond promptly to issues, and ensure daily backups are implemented and optimized.
• Assist in building and patching Red Hat and AIX servers using VMware or other virtualization technologies.
• Contribute to projects alongside experienced UNIX Technology professionals, providing hands-on experience and growth in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an information technology field or 1 years’ experience as a UNIX/Linux Administrator.
• Experience with middleware is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
