Unix Automation Engineer

About the role

Jd 12+ years of extensive hands-on experience in Unix/Linux administration and enterprise infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Strong expertise in automation using Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Terraform
• Strong experience with installation, configuration, administration, and support of enterprise infrastructure and operational tools
• Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues across multiple infrastructure layers
• Solid knowledge of core networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, subnetting, routing, and firewall fundamentals

Requirements

• Deep understanding of system security hardening, vulnerability remediation, patch management, and access control best practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document designs, procedures, and technical recommendations clearly
