About the role
Join our University Talent Acquisition science recruiting team as a Recruiter II, where you will play a vital role in attracting and hiring future scientists and innovators from student talent. In this dynamic position, you will independently build trust and influence key stakeholders, expertly plan and prioritize against targets, and manage candidates within tight timelines. Your ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments while solving problems will be essential for success. This role requires you to be 100% onsite in Seattle. You will engage in tasks such as candidate reach outs, phone screens, setting up assessments, and preparing candidates. The work environment is fast-paced and involves a lot of candidate interactions and collaboration with peers. You will undergo a one-week onboarding with recruiter ramp training.
