Description Selfreliance Federal Credit Union is seeking a professional, dependable, and service-oriented Universal Member Service Representative, also known as a Personal Banker, to join our team in Minnetonka, MN. The Universal Member Service Representative provides professional, prompt, efficient, and accurate service to members in person, by telephone, and through online channels. This versatile position combines teller transactions, account servicing, new account opening, loan processing, and other branch operational responsibilities. The UMSR is expected to deliver an exceptional member experience while protecting member information, following Credit Union policies, and supporting the daily needs of the branch. The successful candidate will be comfortable handling financial transactions, assisting members with a broad range of products and services, working in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Requirements The ideal candidate will have: Experience in creating and delivering engaging training content.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to thrive under pressure while remaining calm, courteous, and professional.A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.Flexibility and adaptability to changing systems, processes, and organizational needs.A commitment to upholding a strong service culture and promoting the credit union's products and values.Fluency in both English and Ukrainian. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver training: design and lead onboarding and ongoing training programs based on staff needs, including supporting new systems and technology rollouts.Create and maintain procedures: collaborate with IT, Member Services, and vendors to document and update internal procedures for products, services, and systems.Support employee development: assess training needs, manage learning resources, and promote a culture of continuous learning to ensure exceptional member service. Education And Certifications High school diploma or equivalentRelevant degree in Banking, Finance, or Accounting preferred but not required Language Assessments Fluency in English requiredConversational Ukrainian language skills required
