Responsibilities

• Assist with everyday transactions and build rapport to make members feel part of the Texas Trust family.
• Create a welcoming member experience by personalizing interactions, using members' names, and thanking them for choosing Texas Trust.
• Exceed member expectations while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and build relationships to enhance members' financial futures.
• Utilize exceptional service skills to engage with members and present member-focused solutions, deepening relationships through in-person, phone, and written communication.
• Initiate warm transitions to other business areas to address extended member financial needs.
• Educate members on convenient multi-channel banking solutions, including online and mobile banking.
• Proactively collaborate with other departments to satisfy all member requests.
• Remain flexible and assist in other lines of business as requested.
• Identify fraud and take appropriate action to prevent losses.
• Practice and promote the "Yes And" culture within the team.
• Comply with established regulations and legal requirements.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
