Universal Banker - North Palm Beach, FL

Role Summary

We are looking for a great customer service professional to join our team at our North Palm Beach Branch (11701 U.S. Highway 1, Suite B, North Palm Beach, FL 33408). Our philosophy behind the Universal Banker position is to be proficient in all areas of the branch, which allows you to assist all customers with any product that we offer. Responsibilities

• Manage a teller window
• Open depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA's)
• Actively identify and resolve customer issues
• Take equity line/loan and/or mortgage applications
• Carry a pipeline of loans application through closing
• Affiliate with customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, and/or over the phone
• Willingness and ability to work in all areas of the branch

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of recent retail bank teller experience and/or 1+ years of high-volume cash-handling experience
• Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
• Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills
• Recent experience working on the platform with new account openings and resolving customer issues preferred
• Experience taking home equity and/or mortgage applications preferred

Pay Range

The anticipated pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00 per hour. At Third Federal, we’re committed to transparency throughout the hiring process.
