Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify and meet customer needs through proactive outreach and product recommendations.
- Manage customer accounts, including account opening, maintenance, and resolution of issues.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using bank systems.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain and enhance customer loyalty.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on banking products and services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience in banking or finance preferred.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Skills
- Customer service orientation.

- Computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.

Pay
Salary range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
