About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone and in person.
  • Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  • Perform risk assessments and maintain security protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of banking software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
