About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone and in person.
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Perform risk assessments and maintain security protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of banking software.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
