About the role
As a Universal Banker I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing relationships with existing customers, and expanding our customer base through proactive outreach.
Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, processing transactions, and resolving issues.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals.
- Participate in cross-selling activities to increase product usage and revenue.
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
- Experience in banking or finance preferred.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay
$20 - $25 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
