About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling deposits, withdrawals, and loans. Conducting financial transactions and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Adhere to all bank policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using banking software.
  • Knowledge of basic financial products and services.

Pay

$20-$25 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
