About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling deposits, withdrawals, and loans. Conducting financial transactions and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications accurately.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using banking software.
- Knowledge of basic financial products and services.
