About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing relationships with clients, and processing transactions efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Manage client accounts, including account opening, maintenance, and closing procedures.
- Process transactions accurately and promptly, adhering to bank policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and referrals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
