About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing relationships with clients, and processing transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Manage client accounts, including account opening, maintenance, and closing procedures.
  • Process transactions accurately and promptly, adhering to bank policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and maintain accurate records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and referrals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using bank software and systems.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts.
