Role Overview: Provide high-quality customer service by processing financial transactions and opening accounts in a retail banking setting. Key Responsibilities Support teller and platform functions to minimize wait times and deliver excellent service, including handling deposits, currency, and check cashing.Identify client needs through consultative conversations, recommend appropriate banking products, and assist with opening various deposit accounts.Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, promote bank products, and refer to partners to grow business.Assist clients with loan applications, ensuring proper processing and handoff to relevant teams.Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, delivering an exceptional client experience.Maintain compliance with banking regulations, policies, and internal controls.Support daily operations, assist with audit procedures, and aid in training new staff members. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED, with preferred experience as a Teller or in retail banking.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, 10-key calculator, and coin counting equipment.No specific licenses required, but compliance with background checks and banking regulations is essential.
