About the role

The Universal Banker II position at Universal Bankers Munster is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing accounts, and promoting bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner
• Manage customer accounts, including account maintenance and problem resolution
• Promote and sell bank products and services to customers
• Process transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Experience with banking products and services
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
