Universal Banker
About the Company
Cross County Savings Bank is a local, FDIC-insured mutual savings bank originally founded in 1888. Since its inception, the bank has undergone various name changes, but its mission has remained consistent: to make a difference in the lives of local customers, businesses, and the community. Founded as a mutual savings bank owned by depositors, Cross County Savings Bank was established to provide financial services to all members of the community, particularly those underserved by other banks that catered primarily to corporations and wealthy individuals. With over 125 years of history, the bank has demonstrated resilience through economic downturns, including the Great Depression and recent recessions, prioritizing customer satisfaction as the key to its longevity.
