Responsibilities
- Design and develop Unity & Engagement learning programs, incorporating adult learning principles and inclusive practices to support a respectful and engaging learning environment.
- Facilitate training sessions (in-person and virtual) for employees at all levels, delivering both standardized and customized curricula with a high level of effectiveness and engagement.
- Adept learning strategies and facilitation approaches to meet the needs of diverse audiences, ensuring accessibility and relevance across roles and functions.
- Partner with Unity & Engagement and organizational stakeholders to coordinate training delivery, align on program goals, and support effective implementation.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, utilizing feedback, assessments, and data to measure impact and inform continuous improvement of programs.
- Support program operations and execution, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication to ensure seamless delivery of learning experiences.
- Maintain subject matter awareness of trends, best practices, and regulatory considerations related to adult learning, inclusion, and workplace engagement.
- Collaborate with certified facilitators and trainers to ensure consistent, high-quality learning experiences through preparation support, observation, and coaching.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in learning and development, adult learning theory, and training facilitation required.
- Functional knowledge of inclusion, belonging, cultural awareness, and psychological safety principles required.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
- Experience in healthcare, social services, or large organizations preferred.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or related field required.
- Licensure: None
- Certification: Relevant inclusion-related, and departmental certifications are required within 1 year of employment.
- Years of relevant experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in adult learning, corporate training, or a related field required.
