About the role

The Office of Community and Civic Engagement (OCCE) is seeking an internal candidate for a full-time, exempt staff position. This role requires financial disclosure and operates on a day shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support the Office of Community and Civic Engagement's mission through program coordination and community outreach
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders
• Assist in planning and executing civic engagement events and initiatives
• Track and report on program metrics and community impact
• Collaborate with internal teams to align engagement strategies with organizational goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community engagement, public service, or related areas
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse community groups
• Experience with project management and event coordination

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database management
