About the role

Responsible for providing support services and assistance in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness by ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for the guests, patients, or occupants.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Handle and maintain linen supplies, including changing bed linens, replenishing towels and toiletries, and collecting and sorting soiled linens for laundry services.
  • Properly dispose of trash, recyclables, and hazardous materials in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including daily cleaning logs, room occupancy status, maintenance requests, and other relevant documentation.
  • Follow established safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and the proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.

Requirements

  • Experience Customer Service Experience 1-2 years preferred or Housekeeping Experience 0-1 year preferred
  • Familiarity with different cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of the assigned areas.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer service skills to ensure guest/patient satisfaction.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well with others.
  • Trustworthiness and a strong work ethic to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Pay

$17.71 - $24.28/Hourly Grade 2

Schedule

Per Diem Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 7AM-3:30PM
