Responsibilities
- Greet and guide patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, offering updates, and ensuring they feel informed and supported.
- Maintain patient records accurately, enter physician orders, and protect patient information.
- Handle all communications between incoming calls and care team members promptly and clearly to keep the unit connected.
- Keep the environment clean, organized, and well-stocked to promote safety and comfort.
- Take initiative to solve challenges, support daily operations, and foster a culture of respect and teamwork.
