Job Summary
Hiring since 1985, Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program (BHCHP) ensures equitable and dignified access to high-quality health care for all individuals experiencing homelessness in greater Boston. With over 10,000 patients annually, we strive to provide comprehensive care across 30+ locations.

Responsibilities
- Phone coverage and call triage
- Act as a liaison between different sites
- Schedule and record appointments
- Facilitate transportation arrangements
- Transcribe and enter information into McInnis House database
- Collect, collate, and enter data
- Communicate with patients and administrative staff, contributing to the caregiving team
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in a clinical setting
- Secretarial training a plus
- Bilingual a plus
- Medical terminology knowledge
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Outstanding customer service skills

Pay
The starting salary range is $22.25 - $35.60 per hour, with actual offers based on years of relevant experience.
