Provides everything necessary for staff to succeed and grow.
Responsibilities
- Ensures nursing staff follow facility policy and procedures.
- Sets unit goals and standards.
- Consults with physicians as necessary.
- Analyzes patient records to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of care.
Qualifications
- NY Nursing License.
- Previous managerial LTC experience.
Pay
$50-52/hr 3 days a week mon, wed, fri 9-5
