About the role

As the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will oversee an assigned unit within the center’s 24-hour operation, ensuring consistent and high-quality clinical care for all residents. You will assess needs and implement care using the latest technology as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• Instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and serve as a resource for clinical issues.
• Ensure completion of requested reports, including infection control, pharmacy compliance, and quality management.
• Supervise the nursing team by providing direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with residents, families, and visitors to foster a positive healing environment.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Current RN license in the state of Michigan and CPR-BLS certification.
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement nursing care, and solve complex problems.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and achieving goals.

Pay

Starting salary: $91,520 per year with yearly wage increases.
