Unit Manager, RN → Nurse Unit Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and manage nursing and patient/resident care to ensure high-quality services and positive outcomes.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with organizational mission, policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and therapy teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage human resources, including staff recruitment, orientation, performance assessment, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
