About the role

Unit Manager - RN responsible for overseeing nursing care on a designated unit, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective healthcare aligned with organizational standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to maintain adequate nursing coverage, participate in developing patient care strategies, mentor staff, oversee medication management, and provide direct patient care to maintain clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active state licensure
• Minimum of two to three years of nursing experience depending on education
• At least one year of nurse leadership experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification

Salary Range: USD $41.00 - USD $55.00 /Hr with a $10,000 bonus opportunity.
