About the role

We are seeking a Unit Manager/Director - RN responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality patient and resident care within an assigned unit.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the operations, coordination, and delivery of nursing care to ensure clinical excellence.
• Ensuring care delivery aligns with mission, values, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Managing human resources, including staffing, recruitment, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
