About the Role

A full-time Unit Manager/Director - RN oversees nursing operations within an assigned unit, supporting the Director of Nursing to deliver high-quality care, achieve positive clinical outcomes, and ensure patient, resident, family, and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and manage nursing and patient care activities on the unit.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with organizational mission, policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and rehabilitation professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage human resources, including staffing, recruitment, performance assessments, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school, with a current RN license.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, with on-call duties.
