About the role

Oversee nursing operations within an assigned unit, supporting the Director of Nursing to deliver high-quality care, achieve positive clinical outcomes, and ensure patient, resident, family, and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing and patient care aligned with organizational mission, policies, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and therapy teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage human resources, including staff recruitment, orientation, performance assessment, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school, college, or university.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
