Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of the assigned nursing station(s).
- Coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing services provided to each resident on a 24-hour basis.
- Follow VOANS core clinical systems.
- Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules to assure that medications and treatments are being administered as ordered.
- Perform direct care related activities as the need arises.
- Participate in the development of policies and procedures pertaining to resident care.
- Perform daily rounds of the nursing unit to ensure that all nursing service personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards.
- Perform QAPI rounds.
Requirements
- Current licensure in the state of employment as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.
- CPR Certification.
- Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse with previous long-term care experience.
- Possess effective management and supervisory skills.

What You Bring (Qualifications)
- Current licensure in the state of employment as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.

Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Pay
- RN: $37.98 – $40.38 per hour.
- LPN: $30 - $34 per hour.
