Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day activities of the Rehabilitation Unit, managing nurses and certified nursing assistants to ensure high-quality resident care
- Assume full responsibility for residents' nursing care, monitor conditions, follow physician orders, and apply recognized nursing techniques and standards
- Recognize and report changes in residents' conditions, initiate or assist with interventions, and maintain a safe, supportive environment
- Instruct nursing staff on policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to administrative and clinical standards
- Monitor trends in nursing practices, evaluate their applicability, and implement improvements to enhance care quality
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license
- CPR/BLS Certification
- 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred in a Long Term Care setting, with strong clinical assessment skills
- Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain regulatory compliance with state and federal guidelines

- Ability to foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the medical team, and represent the organization professionally

\$91,000.00/year-\$104,000.00/year based on experience

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:00PM
