We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Unit Manager (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality care for residents in our long-term care facility. Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care to residents, including medication administration and routine treatments
- Assist in developing and following individualized resident care plans
- Provide support and guidance to residents and families
- Document care activities accurately and thoroughly
Qualifications
- Active & good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
- Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
