Unit Manager (RN)

About the role

As a Unit Manager at Atrium Centers, you will play a critical role in guiding clinical excellence, supporting frontline staff, and ensuring residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, staff, administer, and direct nursing services for licensed units under the guidance of the Director of Nursing
• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care and related services according to resident care plans
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on resident needs
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least three (3) years of nursing experience in a long-term care setting, with the majority in a leadership or management role
• Meditation administration ability and IV certification
• Strong working knowledge of state rules and regulations
• A passion for improving the lives of residents
• Reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude
