As our RN Unit Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of your unit — guiding your team, advocating for residents, and ensuring top-tier care every step of the way.
Responsibilities
- Champion quality care and ensure residents thrive
- Mentor and support nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs)
- Collaborate with families, doctors, and care teams
- Keep documentation sharp, accurate, and timely
- Drive compliance, safety, and infection control protocols
Requirements
- Licensed RN in Virginia
- 2+ years in long-term care/SNF (management experience a big plus!)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A calm, confident problem-solver with a heart for elder care
