About the role
The Unit Manager (RN) role at Hickory Creek at Crawfordsville is designed for experienced nurses with charge nurse or supervisory experience. This full-time, day shift position supports clinical operations and leads a dedicated nursing team within our long-term care unit.
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility and accountability for the nursing care of all residents on the assigned long-term care unit.
- Provide daily leadership and guidance to licensed nurses and nursing personnel.
- Oversee the delivery of care and manage the unit in accordance with company philosophy, professional nursing standards, and all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
