Unit Manager- Memory Care

About the role

The Unit Manager at Greenwood Meadows is responsible for overseeing the nursing care of residents on their assigned unit. This position requires strong leadership skills, a supportive presence, and a passion for teaching and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in delivering high-quality care to residents.
• Ensure compliance with company philosophy, professional nursing standards, and all relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage the unit to maintain a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for residents.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values towards residents, families, customers, and staff.
