Pay Band: 3
Probationary period will start over effective hire date for all current state employees.

Job Duties
- Knowledge and working knowledge of skilled and long‑term care and regulatory requirements.
- Skillset to facilitate multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Ability to effectively manage nurses and CNA’s and provide guidance, resources, and training as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Virginia.
- American Heart Association BLS Provider Card.
