About the role
We are seeking a Unit Manager (LPN) responsible for supervising nursing care delivery to residents in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer and evaluate nursing care
- Supervise nursing staff including RNs, CNAs, and other personnel
- Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care through effective use of the nursing process
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Coordinate discharge planning
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Recent geriatrics experience
- Reliable attendance
