About the role

The Weekend Manager oversees patient care within the unit, supervising nurses and CNAs to ensure high-quality services in accordance with legal and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operations
• Ensure accurate charting
• Administer medications
• Respond to emergencies
• Develop patient care plans in collaboration with RNs

Qualifications

• Accredited LPN program
• Active licensure
• Preferably one year of geriatric nursing experience
• Current CPR certification
